Typical Places of Use:
- Engine Side Firewall
- ATV/Jet Ski/Snowmobile - Under the seat or above the engine.
- Back Seat Wall
Noise Reduction Uses
The organic fibrous core, will reduce some airborne sound waves.
For increased acoustical results first install Damplifier Pro vibration mat and then install Thermal Block.
Designed to reflect heat. Thermal Block withstands up to 800 degrees F. Made of a reflective aluminum surface, a non-needled, non-woven carbon fiber insulation layer and a high heat pressure sensitive adhesive.
Is Thermal Block self-adhesive?
Yes, it utilizes a high heat peel and stick adhesive.
Where NOT to install Thermal Block?
The interior of you car is NOT a good place to install Thermal Block as it must be facing the heat sourse.
